For modeling and designing, our engineers used the latest CAD/CAM systems which allows them to work most efficiently with both time and materials. We use Solid Works for product design and 3D modeling. Software Power Mill helps us to create CNC programs.
The quality products are provided by specialists working in production. Using the high capabilities of the most advanced cutting machines, they achieve an excellent final result. To help productivity there are included and high-tech robotic systems and assembly lines.
Measurement and monitoring are an important part of the production process. We practice them at the end of the production and in its course. Each of the products has been subjected to in-depth analysis by the qualified personnel several times. They use the most advanced measuring equipment. The key is the FARO GAGE PLUS measuring machine. Each product is delivered according customer’s requirements with documentation of the result of the measurement control.
